What does a crystal report looks like?
Introduction
Many reports in Exact Globe are shown as a Crystal Report. Some examples of such reports are outstanding items, debtors and creditors and the debtors address list. You can modify these reports if you have E-Report in your license.
What version are you using?
The information in this document is based on product update 390. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

The report
In most reports, the title of the report is shown on top. In this example Master data Debtors is shown. In general the data is divided by blue bars. In the report options you can define to show or hide the colors. If you have E-Report in your license, you have the possibility to adjust these reports.
In several reports, you can click on the information in the report. For example in the report of the outstanding items debtors, you can click on the value in the Our ref column (shown in blue). A new Crystal Reports screen will be opened showing all the outstanding items with the same our ref.
In other reports, you can zoom by clicking on the information. For example, the report at HR/Overviews/Employment. When you click on the count of inflow, a new tab with this information will be shown.
Printer settings
Cllick this to define the printer settings. Take note that with Crystal Report XI, the default printer that you have selected at the Page setup screen (when Printer settings is clicked) will not always be the default printer in the Print screen. However, you can always select any printer from the available options. Instead of using the Printer settings button in the report screen, it is recommended that you use the Print button to define your printing preference as the Printer settings button provides more advanced options.
